Pascale Hammond Lane loves a mystery, be it scientific, medical, or fictional. She also loves writing and has authored more than 50 scientific papers plus The Promotion Game: Your Guide to Success in Academic Medicine, a handbook for medical school faculty. She is now turning her pen and pixels to more creative outlets including stories, novels, and memoirs.
She married a wonderful fellow doctor and had two great kids who are now adults in nonmedical fields. Her spouse died in 2018 (brain tumors suck). She has spent her whole life in fly-over country. She loves fashion (especially shoes), traveling, and writing.
